During the week of April 20, we will be undergoing an update to our online banking security tools designed to enhance both protection and your overall experience.
What’s happening?
During the week of April 20, we will be upgrading our Multi-Factor Authentication (MACO) system. The work will take place primarily during off-peak hours on Tuesday, April 21 and Wednesday, April 22.
What to expect:
- Temporary interruption: Some MACO features (such as biometric login options like fingerprint, face recognition, voice authentication and PIN) may be temporarily unavailable during the migration.
- No disruption to account access: You will still be able to log in to online banking using your username and password.
- Re-enrollment required: After the upgrade, most members will be prompted to re-enroll in their preferred authentication methods.
What you need to do:
- During the migration: Simply log in with your username and password.
- After the migration: Follow the prompts in the mobile app to re-enroll in your preferred security features.
We appreciate your patience during this transition as we continue to improve your digital banking experience.
