Who Can Join?
Anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school, or is a business or other legal entity in Pennington, Lawrence, Meade, Custer, Lyman, Todd, Tripp, Gregory and Mellette counties in South Dakota can join us.
Once you join us, you become a member of Sentinel Federal Credit Union. You can remain a member for life, even if you change jobs, relocate or retire. Plus, after you become a member, your immediate family members are automatically eligible to join.

It’s easy to get started. All you need to do is open a Regular Savings account and keep just $5 in your account. That’s it. That $5 is not a fee. It’s your share of ownership in your Credit Union. That’s right. You are an owner of your financial institution.
