Every year our auditors, Ketel Thorstenson, randomly send letters to a few of our members that have a loan or share account with us to verify the information we have on file is correct. Rest assured your information is safe and if you receive a letter, please carefully review the information and if you find a discrepancy, please follow the instructions in the letter. We have learned that some merchants (for example, Walmart and Sam’s Club) may require their customers that pay with a Debit Card to use the “Debit” option and enter a PIN instead of allowing the customer to choose “Credit” and sign for their purchases. Unfortunately, we have no control over this decision by the merchants. If you forgot your PIN, you can call 877-746-6746 anytime. Your new PIN will be available within two business days.
