  • Mobile Check Deposit Tips

    To remotely deposit a check, login to our Mobile App and tap Move Money and then Deposit Check.

    Remember to endorse the back of the check “For Mobile Deposit Only at Sentinel FCU” with your signature.

    Checks deposited by 5 PM MT are generally reviewed on the day of the deposit; however, it may take up to two business days.

  • Fingerprint Authentication

    Use the fingerprint verification feature on your mobile device to authenticate and sign into our Mobile App.

    Remember, fingerprint authentication will only show on devices that support it. During fingerprint enrollment, the sensor on your mobile device captures a fingerprint sample that is compared with the fingerprint on your device.

  • Voice Authentication

    To set up this authentication, our Mobile App will ask for permission to use your microphone on your mobile device. Then you will say a passphrase that is presented on the mobile device. Three acceptable recordings are captured to create a voice profile. Then you will say the passphrase to sign into your account.

  • Face Authentication

    Just blink your eyes to sign into your account.

    To setup face recognition, you will center your face within the circle on your mobile device and watch the bar at the top for a high-quality image and then perform a “liveness detection” test, like blinking, nodding or shaking your head. By default, liveness detection is set to blink.

  • PIN Authentication

    Create a four-digit PIN to sign into your account.

    During enrollment you will be presented with a number pad and you will enter a four-digit PIN and then enter it again to confirm the number. Then use that PIN to sign into your account.

Mobile Text Banking

Do you want to get a text alert to remind you when your loan payment is due? Or would you like to get a quick text to see how much money you have in your Checking Account?

Just enroll in our free Text Banking and you can get quick account info and alerts sent straight to your mobile device. Login to your Online Banking account and select Go Mobile and choose Text Banking. Complete the steps to enroll your mobile device and set up your account alerts.

Once enrolled, simply text BAL to 46247 to receive a text message on the balances of your accounts.

Reset Your Password

Click forgot password on the login page of our Online Banking site. Correctly answer the three security questions that you had set up then set up a new password to use for Online Banking.

If you can’t remember the answers to your security questions, give us a call at 605-923-1405 or 888-923-1400. We can reset your questions and password for you, then you will need to log in right away and set up new ones.

Electronically Sign Your Documents

Don’t worry if you don’t have time to visit a branch to sign your documents. Simply request to electronically sign (also known as eSign) your documents and we will send you an email link to a secure site where you can electronically sign your documents. It’s safe, secure and convenient.

Once you electronically sign your documents you will be asked to save the documents for your personal records. You can also retrieve a copy of your documents in your Online Banking account under My Documents.
