On Feb. 18, 2021, we will launch a new and improved Extra Awards redemption website which will be mobile friendly.
To prepare for the launch of the new website, you will not have access to view your points balance or redeem your rewards beginning on Thurs., Feb. 11, 2021, through Wed., Feb. 17, 2021. You will continue to receive Extra Awards points for any purchases made between Feb. 11 – 17, 2021, and your current point balance will automatically transfer over to our new redemption site.
Once our new Extra Awards website has launched:
- Bookmarks to the previous site will no longer work.
- The new website link will be available on our Extra Awards page on our website.
- You will be asked to register your account on the new site. You will need to set up a new user ID and password. Your old Extra Awards user ID and password will no longer work. Click on “Create New Account” and then enter your Sentinel Visa Credit Card number into the Account Number field.
- Make sure we have your current email on file since you will use that email when you create your new Extra Awards registration. You can update your email using Online Banking or give us a call at 605-923-1405 or 888-923-1400.
