As an added precaution, to ensure the health and safety of our members and employees, beginning on Mon., Aug. 10, we will temporarily close the lobbies to walk-in traffic at our branches in Rapid City and Box Elder. Our drive-up locations are open and our other branch locations are open for normal business.

We encourage you to take advantage of our remote services, including our Mobile Banking App and our Online Banking. With our Mobile App you can remotely deposit checks, transfer funds, apply for a loan, pay bills, make loan payments and more.

Download our app on the App Store and on Google Play. Simply login using your Online Banking username and password.

Our Call Center Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (MT). Please give us a call at 605-923-1405. You may experience longer wait times, due to the increase in calls. We appreciate your patience as we work to serve you as quickly as possible.

Appointments Available
We are taking precautions and we are limiting in-person interactions at our branches in Rapid City and Box Elder. Therefore, access to the inside of our branches will only be available by appointment. To schedule an appointment, give us a call at 605-923-1405. We will continue all member services, including loans and Safe Deposit Box access, in our branch locations.
