We’re excited to share that the Sentinel FCU Credit Card Rewards program is getting an update! To ensure a smooth transition to the new platform, there will be a brief blackout period while we migrate data. Please review the important dates and details below.
📆 Key Dates to Know
- March 11 – Last day to redeem points on the current rewards website
- March 12 – March 22 – Rewards site unavailable during migration
- March 22 – Last day of blackout period
- March 23 – New rewards website goes live
Good news: You will continue to earn points on your Sentinel FCU credit card during the blackout period. Points will be available once the updated platform is live.
What to Expect on March 23
When the updated rewards platform launches:
- You will still access through the “rewards” tab on the Sentinel FCU website.
- We will send you a reminder and you can check back here.
- You will need to set up a new user ID and password. Your current login credentials will not transfer to the updated platform.
- During registration, you must use an email address or phone number that is already on file with Sentinel FCU.
If your contact information is not up to date, please contact us before registering to ensure a smooth setup. - The rewards portal will have a new look, designed to enhance your rewards experience.
