Sentinel FCU Enhances Member Experience with e-Statements Now Available on Mobile App and Desktop

Sentinel FCU announces the exciting expansion of e-Statements service. As part of ongoing efforts to improve convenience and accessibility, we are proud to introduce e-Statements on both our mobile app and desktop platform, effective August 1, 2023.

This latest development comes in response to the valuable feedback and preferences expressed by our members. By enabling e-Statements on multiple platforms, we are ensuring that you can effortlessly manage your finances, whether you’re on the go or prefer a desktop experience.

Key Benefits of e-Statements on Mobile App and Desktop:

  1. Flexibility and Convenience: Access your account statements anytime and anywhere. Whether you’re using our mobile app during your daily commute or sitting at your desk, your e-Statements will be just a few clicks away.
  2. Convenience and Organization: With e-Statements on both platforms, organizing and keeping track of your financial records has never been easier. No more sifting through stacks of paper statements – all your account information is at your fingertips.
  3. Secure and Encrypted: Rest assured that your financial data is safe and protected. Our mobile app and desktop platforms utilize robust security measures to ensure the confidentiality of your e-Statements.
  4. Environmentally Conscious: Embrace sustainability by reducing paper waste. By choosing e-Statements, you contribute to environmental preservation, aligning with our commitment to creating a greener future.

The app is available in the App Store and Google Play Store if you don’t already have it. For desktop access, simply log in to your account through our website sentinelfcu.org, select login at the top right, navigate to the “Member Services” tab and select “e-Statements” under documents.

On the e-statements page members will also see access to additional documents including Visa statements, receipts, loans, titles, certificates, and in process documents. Additionally at the end of the year members will have access to their 1099 and 1098 Forms.
