Owning a pool provides recreational opportunities, enhances property value, and can be a great place for social gatherings. However, it also comes with increased costs for maintenance, insurance, and potentially higher energy bills. The following list is the pros and cons to think about when looking at buying a house with a pool.

In the end, purchasing a home with a pool is completely up to you, but remember to take all of this information into consideration.
