These are scams attempting to steal your personal information. Sentinel Federal Credit Union will NEVER contact you via text asking for confidential or sensitive information. Remember never give out your sensitive information to people who contact you. Payday Loan Collection Scams
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) reports that the payday loan collection scams continue to evolve. The IC3 states the scam involves victims being relentlessly contacted at their residences and places of employment regarding claims they are delinquent on a payday loan. The callers refuse to provide information regarding the alleged payday loan and become abusive when questioned. Read More
