Sentinel Federal Announces Staff Promotions

Marsha FordBOX ELDER, S.D. (Jan. 25, 2019) — Sentinel Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotions of Marsha Ford and Renae Collins.

Marsha Ford has been appointed as Operations Manager/Human Resources for the Credit Union. She has worked for Sentinel for 13 years in a number of positions within Operations including teller, trainer and supervisor, as well as the Accounting Department most recently as Admin Assistant/Accounting Assistant. “With Marsha’s dedication to Sentinel and the team, plus her prior experience and leadership skills, she will be a great asset to Operations,” said CFO, Dorothy Voorhees. In her new position, Marsha will oversee the teller line and will manage the HR duties for the Credit Union.

Renae Collins has been appointed as Lead Collector at Sentinel Federal Credit Union. “In the two years that Renae has been with Sentinel she has strengthened our Collection functions and shown her dedication to helping our members,” said CEO, Keith Robbennolt. “Renae has been a great asset to the Credit Union and her dedication to the Collection department is very much appreciated.”
