24 Hour Audio Response Teller


ART lets you do your banking by phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can talk directly to our computer, which can quickly give you account balances, deposit amounts, transfer funds, make loan payments, and a lot more. Best of all you can avoid the $2 "transaction and information" fee because ART is free!  

Why do we charge a $2 fee for calling the Credit Union? Please don’t take it personally, it’s not that we don’t want to talk to you. We’ve found that many calls, like those asking for account balances and for the amount of the last deposit, could easily be handled by an automated system like ART.  By using this system, our staff and phone lines would then be more available for members to make loan appointments, wire money, and other requests that require a personal response.

 
To Get Set up for ART:

To Use ART:
  1. Call the ART number 923-1448 or outside the Rapid City area 1-866-923-1448. 
  2. Enter your member number followed by the # key.
  3. Enter your four-digit PIN #.
    For those with old PIN’s, if it’s more than four digits, enter the first four only. If it’s three digits add a zero to the end of the number.
  4. Enter a transaction code.
  5. To end your session, enter 98, or hang up.
(Note: If you forgot your PIN, please call any Credit Union office .)

Note: Federal Law requires a limit of 3 transfers per month via telephone from any savings account other than checking.
Be sure to enter 98 to end the conversation when you have completed all of your transactions.
